Application Support Analyst

Application Support Analyst – Permanent – London/Hybrid – £38,000 to £45,000

We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a growing financial services company. Within the role you will provide 1st & 2nd level support, troubleshooting & logging application issues, as well as supporting colleagues across the organisation.

This is a hybrid role where travel to their office will be needed 2 days a week on average.

What you will be doing:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical application support to end users
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders as well as with the external MSP
• Monitor service levels and ensure SLA’s are met
• Support with MI reporting & service catalogue management

What they are looking for:

• Proven application support experience on CRM systems, as well as other SaaS based applications
• Financial Services/Asset Finance industry experience would be highly advantageous
• Experience of O365 and a general understanding of Azure
• Excellent team working & stakeholder management skills
