A global architecture practice is looking for a proactive Project Controls Officer to join their dynamic team and support the successful planning, monitoring, and delivery of multiple major projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior team members in tracking and administering all aspects of project controls including scope, cost, time, quality and risk.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, supporting key deliverables and resource planning.
  • Produce and manage project financial reports, including cost analysis and applications for payment.
  • Coordinate project documentation and ensure it aligns with internal standards and client expectations.
  • Participate in project audits, change management processes, and quality reviews.

Key Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a similar project controls / project admin role within the built environment sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of project control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organised and deadline driven
  • Highly numerate and able to handle sensitive and confidential information
