With heaps of personal growth potential and a lengthy benefits package, this role will focus on developing and delivering engaging and impactful Traditional PR and social campaigns across a varied and eclectic client portfolio, with an agency invested in producing award-winning work and the development of their teams and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing unique, tailored strategies for clients based on their objectives and demographic audiences
- Experience delivering great client experiences and executing world-class PR and social media campaigns in an agency setting
- Being the main bridge of communication between the agency and the client
- Working cross-functionally internally with teams to align vision, budgets and profitability
- Ensuring client work is delivered on time, and aligned to the KPIs
Essentials:
- Be a curious, strategic leader – with a commercial mindset to develop growth opportunities for the agency
- Have a Traditional lean with strong media relations skills and experience to match
- Previous agency experience in the B2B or B2C space is essential to hit the ground running
- Experienced in creating campaigns that span earned, shared and owned media, with solid knowledge and experience across PR, social media and content landscapes
- Organised, dynamic person with excellent client service skills
- Strong team management and development skills to nurture and support team growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adept at leveraging digital tools and analytics to drive multiple-channel success
