Regulatory Lawyer – Boutique Hedge Fund (6-Month Contract)

A boutique hedge fund is seeking an experienced Regulatory Lawyer to join its London-based legal team on an initial 6-month contract.

Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you’ll play a key role in advising the business on a broad range of regulatory matters, while also supporting on general legal issues and projects. This is a hybrid role offering close collaboration with both the legal team and the wider business. There is potential for extension beyond the initial term, subject to business needs.

Key Requirements:

• UK or Common Law qualified solicitor
• Strong financial services regulatory experience (including MiFID)
• Previous in-house or private practice exposure to hedge funds or asset management preferred
• Able to start at short notice
