We are looking for a bold, guest-obsessed, and hands-on Front Office Manager to join our pre-opening team at Europe’s largest Moxy Hotel , right in the heart of London.

As the first and last impression for every guest, you’ll lead from the front, ensuring our lobby is buzzing, check-ins are effortless, and Crew Members are empowered to deliver a playful and polished guest experience.

The Role

At Moxy, it’s not just about running a front desk — it’s about setting the tone for the entire stay. You’ll champion our spirited brand values and create an environment where guest experience is seamless , self-service is intuitive, and every interaction feels easy, fun, and memorable .

You’ll be hands-on in all aspects of front office operations, including reception, guest services, reservations, night audit, and crew training. You’ll work closely with the Deputy GM and lead a dynamic team of Crew Members to deliver exceptional service from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience: Own the arrival and departure journey, ensuring it’s smooth, engaging, and efficient.
  • Lobby & Vibe: Maintain a fun, welcoming, and energetic environment in line with the Moxy spirit.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate Crew Members to deliver Rockstar service.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all front office functions including check-in/out, guest requests, room allocations, and night procedures.
  • Brand Advocacy: Lead by example to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the bold and playful Moxy identity.
  • Problem Solving: Act quickly and effectively to resolve guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Pre-Opening Support: Play a key role in system setup, SOP development, recruitment, and training as part of the hotel’s opening team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced hotel (pre-opening a plus)
  • Marriott experience or familiarity with Moxy brand preferred
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering standout service
  • Confident with systems and procedures, from PMS to payment and reporting
  • Able to thrive in a fun, youthful, and energetic environment
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a natural flair for hospitality
