Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) helps customers with complex requirements to accelerate innovation and maximize their Oracle technology investments. We focus on user adoption, business continuity, technical optimization, and security to ensure full value from Oracle SaaS applications. Our global team provides tailored support and guidance to meet customers’ business objectives, managing, supporting, and enhancing their experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS, primarily for UK Secure Government Customers and UK Commercial Customers.
Lifecycle Management
As customers grow, we enable enhanced product adoption and user experience, focusing on continual service improvement. You will engage in lifecycle management activities, including assisting customers with queries, creating extensions, supporting their cloud journey, managing releases, and enabling achievement of key KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, acting as an advocate for customer needs and resolving technical and functional issues.
- Serve as a main contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, and other teams, providing advice on customer situations and escalations.
- Build and utilize automated tools to diagnose, document, and resolve or prevent issues, addressing complex customer problems, sometimes through on-site visits.
The background you should have for this job
- 3-5+ years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS or Oracle EBS 12.2.
- Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance and UK Passport Holder.
- Minimum 5 years UK residency for Security Vetting (SC).
- Understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation.
- Experience in applying and testing Oracle updates.
- Support, configuration, and extension services experience for UK Government clients.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently.
- Hands-on experience in supporting, integrating, and extending Oracle SaaS HCM.
- Knowledge of application configuration, optimization, and performance tuning.
