The Role

Our client are looking for a Marketing Lead to build, own and scale their entire UK marketing offering. You’ll report directly into the UK MD, lead a small but high-performing team, and define the playbook that fuels their UK growth. They’ll be great support from the home-country’s established and high performing marketing function but autonomy to define the GTM strategy and approach to acquisiton.

This role would be perfect for someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, growth marketing and leadership of a small team who has operated in a high growth environment or a fintech / tech start-up / tech scale-up that has disrupted the market.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working closely with the UK MD and Marketing team in their home country, you will own and deliver the UK marketing strategy end-to-end.
  • Lead product launches, growth campaigns, and brand-building initiatives that drive real business outcomes.
  • Dive into performance data to optimise CPA, CAC and LTV across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with our creative team and build compelling campaigns that cut through the noise.
  • Scale a smart, lean team
  • Manage budgets with precision, and report clearly on ROI, growth, and health of acquisition funnels.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on Growth Marketing / Customer acquisition and defining digital marketing channels
  • Strong across the entire channel mix — especially performance/digital, SEO, content, product and partnerships.
  • Proven success scaling customer acquisition and brand awareness in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable operating hands-on and leading from the front.
  • Scale-up mindset — you thrive in ambiguity and build things fast and well.
  • Experience in a regulated environment would be highly advantageous but not essential.
