Clinical Lead

PLE are Hiring: Clinical Lead Are you an experienced mental health professional ready to join our established and cohesive team in Gloucestershire and have a key role in leading and shaping the clinical services we offer in psychological healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

• Support in-house Teams: Guide clinical and administrative staff on referrals, therapist selection, and effective treatment plan management to achieve positive outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate Clinical Support: Oversee the Clinical Support Team, lead service development initiatives, and enhance clinical practices.
• Strategic Insights: Provide clinical expertise to the Management Board for strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for service innovation.
• Develop Digital Systems: Assist in the development of our COAST portal to improve communication and clinician support and monitor outcomes.
• Develop In-House Triage: Build and lead a team to perform in-house triage, ensuring efficient case management and effective resource allocation.
• Training Responsibilities: Present training to the in-house team to improve internal practices and deliver valuable training sessions to referrers for external collaboration.
• Marketing & Networking: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to boost PLE Health’s visibility and foster professional networks for business growth.

What We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications:

• HCPC registered Psychologist or BABCP accredited therapist.
• Proven experience in clinical leadership and service development.
• Familiarity with digital platforms for case management and administrative efficiency.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
