Sales Lead for Industrial OEM – International (Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth across regions and industry OEM’s.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the company’s technical advisor and expert on laser technologies used in industry.
  • Collaborate with internal R&D and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Attend international fairs and travel to key clients in Europe.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of optoelectronic technologies and their applications in industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales or sales management within the industrial OEM.
  • A people person with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and any other European languages is a plus.
  • Based in the UK and available to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
