Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth across regions and industry OEM’s.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as the company’s technical advisor and expert on laser technologies used in industry.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
- Attend international fairs and travel to key clients in Europe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of optoelectronic technologies and their applications in industry.
- Proven experience in strategic sales or sales management within the industrial OEM.
- A people person with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and any other European languages is a plus.
- Based in the UK and available to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
