Paid Social Manager – Premium Travel & Lifestyle Brand
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000

The Opportunity
We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to take full ownership of the paid social channel, delivering data-led distribution strategies to drive reach, engagement, and acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, and programmatic channels.
This is a key role at the heart of a high-performing marketing team. You'll build and optimise creative, audience, and media strategies focused on reaching high-value audiences, particularly in the luxury and premium sectors. Working closely with an in-house creative team, you'll have access to a wealth of visual assets to support agile campaign development and iterative performance marketing.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a strong commercial mindset, able to drive performance on tighter budgets while applying a sophisticated understanding of platform algorithms, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the paid social strategy across a portfolio of premium brands.
- Manage budgets of £1.2m–£1.6m, optimising spend to deliver acquisition and engagement targets.
- Build, test, and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Display, and Programmatic.
- Drive brand interaction frequency from 1.6 to 3–5 engagements per week through strategic distribution planning.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop agile, consumer-first assets and creative loops.
- Apply a “test, learn, optimise” mindset to all campaigns, with a focus on creative velocity and performance iteration.
- Develop tailored audience strategies, particularly to reach high-net-worth individuals.
- Contribute to broader marketing strategies and stakeholder discussions at senior levels.
- Support the future expansion of paid social strategy into influencer marketing where relevant.
- Focus on scaling brands in a Series A–B environment with tight integration of performance marketing and brand storytelling.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within high-growth, entrepreneurial businesses.
- Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, signal-based optimisation, and content distribution strategies.
- Proven ability to target premium, luxury, or high-net-worth audiences via paid media.
- Experience managing significant media budgets with a focus on efficient scaling.
- Confident working autonomously and influencing stakeholders across marketing, brand, and leadership.
- Experience working in app-based marketing environments (desirable but not essential).
- Data-driven, commercial thinker with a deep understanding of creative performance testing.
- Strong communicator able to translate data insights into strategic marketing decisions.
