Our client is a well funded Financial Services company with offices in South Birmingham. They have a very supportive culture and exciting growth plans.
They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will act as the first point of contact for support calls. This will involve desktop, server and network support issues. This role combines 1st and 2nd line support issues.
This is an office based role with all support issues being raised by email or by phone.
You will have 2yrs + experience in a helpdesk / service desk role and excellent communication skills. O365 experience is a plus.
