For the first three years, I ran the business solo. Then I started building an iconic team to help bring our vision to life and deliver unforgettable experiences to our members.
Now, we’ve got a rare opening in Sales & Membership Management.

This isn’t your typical 9–5.
You’ll work from home and from our beautiful clubhouses.

The Role:
You’ll be the energy behind our sales engine — attracting new members, nurturing connections, and ensuring every woman who joins FIENA feels like she’s just stepped into something extraordinary.
You’ll be:
- Managing our sales funnel and CRM with confidence
- Building strong relationships with prospective and current members
- Owning our membership growth and retention goals
- Hosting events like bootcamps at Barry’s, clay pigeon shooting in the countryside, or luxury dinners in Mayfair
- Driving results across KPIs like acquisition, retention, and RRV
