Product Manager
Location: Belfast (hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving the product roadmap, ensuring features align with strategy and customer needs
- Managing projects from concept to launch with a laser focus on growth and user experience
- Collaborating with design, development, and commercial teams to bring products to life
- Leading customer feedback loops and using insights to inform product direction
- Conducting competitor analysis and market research to fuel innovation
- Acting as the voice of the user, balancing technical feasibility with business goals
- Ensuring clear communication across stakeholders, with updates on timelines and releases
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a start-up environment
- Proven track record of taking products from concept to market
- Strong user feedback gathering and roadmap prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting
- Experience in conducting user research, defining specs, and doing competitor analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams
