This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a leading commodities firm in the City of London on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

It offers immediate start and hybrid working (3–4 days in the office), supporting a range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will provide essential support in onboarding, off-boarding, HR systems, recruitment coordination, and employee data management, contributing to the smooth operation of a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key skills required

  • Ideal candidates will have prior HR administration experience preferably in financial services with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools is essential, as is a proactive, collaborative attitude.
  • This role is ideal for someone immediately available who’s looking to gain valuable experience and make an impact in a dynamic HR function.
