Job Description:

Merco Medical are proud to present a fantastic new opportunity for experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs) looking for their next role in a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team environment. 

We’re supporting a Primary Care Network in Milton Keynes that is actively seeking a skilled ACP to help lead and deliver innovative, patient-centred care across three modern, well-equipped GP surgeries. You’ll be a key clinical leader, working alongside GPs, nurses, physician associates, health coaches, and other professionals in an integrated care model.

The Role Includes:

  • Autonomous assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
  • Leadership in clinical governance and service delivery
  • Involvement in the continuous development of care pathways
  • Working across three sites: Brooklands, Whitehouse, and Neath Hill

What You’ll Need:

  • Current NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration
  • MSc in Advanced Practice (or equivalent)
  • Independent Prescriber
  • Primary care experience and minor illness management skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Flexibility and a team-first attitude
  • Experience with SystemOne is desireable

Salary

  • £50,000 – £55,000 DOE
