Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer West Midlands£40,000 (call out OTE £48,000)

The Role

  • Service, maintenance & repairs on a range of electrical equipment on commercial offices 
  • PPMS & Reactive works 
  • Minor Installs 
  • Responsibility for all works assigned to them 
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks that are carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems, meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
  • Carry out fault identification/rectification and escalation when required on fabric issues, electrical systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues.
  • A high level of initiative, in ensuring that proactive maintenance is undertaken or supported

What you’ll need to succeed  

  • Able to communicate effectively to colleagues, client representatives and key stakeholders
  • To behave in a professional manner always
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively to client requirements
  • To have a good understanding of key personnel of the client staff
  • To have a good knowledge of safe systems of work
  • To have basic IT skills, (Web Quote, E Mail, CAFM, PDA etc).
  • To have good Knowledge of Electrical skills with a minimum of City and Guilds (or NVQ) at Level 3,
  • Good problem-solving abilities
