We are seeking an experienced Associate Director who is passionate about financial modelling and driven by growth. You will work with a team of modelling professionals to create, analyze, and optimize complex financial models, ensuring they are robust and reliable.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Operations:
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
- Lead in the creation and optimization of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
- Review and interpret commercial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
- Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
- People:
- Lead a team of modelling professionals.
- Train, motivate, and lead junior team members on assignments.
- Collaborate closely with team members, learning and contributing to assignments.
- Communicate model findings and insights effectively to clients and internal teams, simplifying complex issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Growth:
- Lead in business development and growth in a key sector.
- Lead the development of client pitches.
- Lead client calls and build client relationships.
Key Skills And Qualifications

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in a financial role within an advisory practice or large corporate setting.
- Deep understanding of accounting concepts; an accounting qualification is beneficial.
- Sector-leading expertise in Project Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Degree in a numerate discipline; postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial.
- Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
