You’ll also deliver proactive engagement to the Shared Services function in all technology matters including their future strategies. You’ll be the point of escalation for the business and work with relevant teams within technology to implement sustainable and scalable solutions. You’ll also play an integral role in our Treasury Transformation program.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to leverage strong communication skills as you liaise with the Shared services teams, Vendors and other Technology teams, and provide exposure to technology supporting the Shared Services functions and users globally. Management of the Technology Portfolio and technology needs of the Shared Services functionsStakeholder management across Shared Services, Vendors and Technology teamsUnderstanding the Shared Services Strategy and the technology requirements to support the strategyMaintaining a technology roadmap that captures all major Technology initiatives which includes reviewing, prioritizing and tracking the roadmap regularlyProducing a monthly executive report, tracking progress and identifying any issues or risks that have impacted the business during the periodManaging and providing ongoing updates on initiatives, inflight projects and supportManaging technology controllable costs and budgetEnsuring technology governance processes are followed across all initiativesExtensive experience in bridging the gap between the business and technology by translating business needs into prioritised IT requirementsExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to prioritise projects, taking into consideration resource constraints while managing stakeholder expectationsExperience managing tier 1 Finance technologiesProven ability to manage projectsA flexible approach to work, including hours, as this role supports our global client baseBonus points if you have:Experience performing key role Transformation programsExposure to Treasury and Billing functions and technologyFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future.Ours is a welcoming and close-knit community, with experienced colleagues ready to help you grow.
