With B2C projected to play an increasingly significant role in the company’s future, they are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive sales and elevate their digital presence.

  • £40,000 – £50,000

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimise sales strategies for online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, ensuring maximum revenue generation
  • Manage and optimise the company’s Shopify store to enhance user experience, streamline operations, and improve sales
  • Strategise, manage, and refine paid advertising campaigns, ensuring a healthy ROAS
  • Create and execute strategies to grow online sales while managing associated costs to maintain profitability
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance across all digital platforms

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a similar role focused on Amazon and Shopify ecommerce strategy, including demonstrated success in growing online sales and optimising platforms
  • A deep understanding of return on ad spend (ROAS) and the ability to manage and maximise advertising budgets
  • Hands-on experience in creating and managing Meta or Google Ad campaigns
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance costs and profitability while generating consistent online sales growth
  • A proactive, data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of eBay optimisation is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
