The opportunity
Our Forensic & Integrity Services team is growing, and as a Disputes Senior, you’ll play a key role in that growth. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across all industries, you’ll develop quality solutions for some of the most challenging dispute cases. We handle commercial disputes, transaction disputes, completion/earn-out accounts, expert determinations, and professional negligence claims, providing a broad platform to develop your skills and business knowledge.
Your key responsibilities
You will balance client interaction with complex data analysis, applying your technical skills to assess and resolve client needs creatively. You will be encouraged to think differently, team effectively, and propose innovative ideas that challenge the status quo.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of statutory auditing (preferred but not essential)
- Familiarity with valuation and finance concepts (cost of capital, risk-adjusted discount rates)
- Experience in preparing and using financial models
- Ability to model, test, document financial scenarios, and articulate challenges
- Ability to analyze and explain company accounts and financial information
- Experience in forensic due diligence and audit support
- Report preparation, review, analysis, and evidence verification
- Clear and persuasive communication skills in both spoken and written formats
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Teamwork in multidisciplinary environments
- Business development and marketing skills
To qualify for the role you must have
- A strong academic record with a degree in any subject
- Professional accountancy or similar qualification
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent English report writing skills
- An interest in law and legal matters
