Head of Leadership and Management Development
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Leadership and Management Development to design and oversee the implementation of high-impact leadership programmes. Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the CEO and CCO, you’ll be responsible for creating evidence-based, tailored leadership solutions and ensuring their quality implementation to deliver measurable ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and ensure high-quality implementation of leadership programmes (apprenticeship and commercial)
- Consult with client organisations to understand needs and co-create customised solutions
- Lead a team of facilitators and manage our associate network
- Establish metrics and evaluation strategies to demonstrate programme impact
- Contribute to business strategy and new business development
- Provide thought leadership in leadership development practices

Essential Requirements
- Extensive experience in leadership development and design
- Strong client-facing and consulting skills with C-suite credibility
- Excellent project and programme management capabilities
- Proven people leadership experience
- Strategic thinking balanced with attention to detail
- Superior communication and presentation skills
