Description of the Role

Join our team as an Area Sales Executive at WBAC, the UK’s favourite car-buying service. We are rapidly expanding with over 500 branches nationwide. No prior car knowledge? No problem! We provide comprehensive training.

Working Hours

42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase cars and ensure efficient branch operations
  • Act as the main contact point for customers
  • Prioritize appointments and meet sales targets
  • Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Coordinate with back-office and colleagues

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving license
  • Experience in a target-driven environment
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills
