What you will do
The Associate Director will oversee the direct and indirect channels in the European Region, reporting to the Vice President, International. Your primary focus will be to increase market share and profitability across the Intrusion portfolio, leading expansion in challenging markets with a metro-market strategy and managing a large team.
You will aim to achieve strategic and financial goals by deploying effective go-to-market structures, building organizational capabilities within sales, operations, and support functions to drive profitable growth.
How you will do it
You will build organizational capacity, foster sales and operational excellence, and empower teams to perform. Leveraging your industry knowledge, you will enhance market penetration through strategic accounts and partnerships, support account growth, and collaborate with other business units to identify opportunities and deliver commercial excellence.
As an entrepreneurial leader, you will be technically proficient in security products, self-motivated, and capable of developing long-term strategies to grow your region.
