Senior Digital Analyst Opportunity at Hackney Council

Salary PO 6 £55,158 to £56,151 plus Market Supplement to max £59,645

Permanent Contract

Location – Hackney Town Hall / Hybrid

Are you passionate about making a difference in the community through innovative digital solutions? Hackney Council is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Digital Analyst to join our team in the Finance & Corporate Resources Directorate. As part of the ICT & Workplace Services division, you will lead a team in delivering high-quality user experiences and fit-for-purpose systems.

Role Overview:

As the Senior Digital Analyst, you will oversee the continuous improvement of critical systems, including our HR and payroll system, iTrent. You will work within a multi-disciplinary product team, ensuring the functionality, security, and usability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and develop iTrent HR System
  • Manage workforce information and produce reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance system functionalities.
  • Implement best practices and methodologies.
  • Mentor and lead colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Super User or Support experience with iTrent software and processes.
  • Experience using Business Objects for reporting requirements.
  • Expertise in systems support, administration, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proven track record in positive and effective teamwork.
