KJ Talent are working with Dr Sams Skincare a multi award-winning skincare brand in scale up in the UK and Internationally. Since the launch of the range, it has received widespread acclaim and respect for gentle yet highly effective formulations. These are sold internationally through a direct-to- consumer model and Sephora, where consumers can also access expert advice, as well as a personalised ‘routine finder’ tool.

A newly created role has arisen for a Marketing Manager reporting to the Global Marketing Director and leading a talented team of two in London. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career in a rapidly growing beauty business, and will be well suited to somebody entrepreneurial with a proven track record of building and executing GTM campaigns, brand activations and product marketing strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Working closely with Marketing, Growth, Comms & PR to develop the GTM planning process for new product launches and brand initiatives, working closely.
  • Create launch plans that incorporate consumer insights, competitive analysis, and multi-channel execution.
  • Create brand activation campaigns that drive awareness and affinity, ensuring alignment with the brand values and positioning.
  • Create and execute activation of brand for retail pop-ups, instore events & digital campaigns
  • Track product performance and consumer feedback to inform future innovation and marketing strategies.
  • Support development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates the brands products in the market and lead development of product marketing toolkits.
  • Build and present retailer marketing strategy and joint plans to maximise opportunities
  • Lead team to execute brand inclusion in all retailer promotions and sampling mechanisms

Who you are

  • Minimum four years experience in brand marketing for a quality highly desirable consumer beauty or skincare brand in scale up.
  • Experience working in fast paced autonomous environment managing marketing calendars, launches, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building and executing GTM campaigns, brand activations, and product marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and retail environments in the beauty industry
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • A passion for skincare and beauty with a knowledge of current trends and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
