Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions across diverse client environments. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow implementations across various client businesses.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and ServiceNow consultants.
• Oversee system integrations, data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
