What will you do?

This is not your run-off-the-mill customer care role. As we have started our next phase of growth, you will act as a critical member of the customer care team and will have the ability to participate in challenging projects as well as gain exposure to multiple areas of the business. To further our mission and making sure that the day-to-day activities of the company support those initiatives, we expect you to do the following:

  • Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to the patient’s questions or concerns in a timely manner via phone, instant message, intercom and email.
  • Develop and foster patient relationships on every interaction that builds rapport from the start to the end of the call or chat demonstrating that you value our patients
  • Document the necessary patient profile information and update the medical history with any relevant information as it pertains to the patient’s health
  • Ensure that all interactions foster customer satisfaction, effectiveness, proficiency, and quality.
  • Support with the dispatch and distribution of our. health and wellbeing tests.
  • You are entrepreneurial, agile and comfortable working in a start-up environment amidst a comparatively small team.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work cross-functionally.

Who are you?

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Medical and/or call centre experience is a preferred.
  • Must possess ability to think outside of the box and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Must have a strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a small growing team within our office in Queens Park, NW6 in North West London.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the health sector is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in customer service is required
  • Proactive, confident, and driven to succeed.
  • Willingness to learn new software and processes.
  • Used to working with Intercom and happy to to talk with patients/customers on the phone
  • A commitment to career development within the company.

Working Environment:

This role is based in our London office, in Queens Park NW6, providing the successful candidate with everyday contact with all other departments of the business. The ZoomDoc team operates in a fast-moving environment that offers significant opportunities for career development within the company.

Competitive graduate salary. (£27k – £30k per year – based on experience)
