This exciting RegTech Startup is looking for an Account Executive to be responsible for driving revenue growth and shaping the company’s sales strategy.
As the most senior salesperson in the business you will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base while building out a future sales team.
This role is ideal for a proven Account Executive with a track record of closing deals and a strong commercial mindset, particularly within fast-growing tech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Risk, Compliance, CX, and Operations
- Target regulated industries, such as financial services, law firms, and accounting firms
- Deliver compelling product demos, identifying key value drivers for prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure CRM discipline, maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance
- Contribute to and refine the Sales Playbook as the company scales
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience as an AE or BDM (or similar) in tech sales
- Experience selling tech solutions to regulated industries (Financial Services, Accounting, Law, etc.)
- Proven success closing deals with mid-to-senior level stakeholders
- Strong sales development and prospecting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Data driven approach to sales, with strong CRM discipline
- Energetic, creative, and commercially minded problem-solver
