Senior Civil EngineerWe’re partnering exclusively with a well established water sector company to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer on a contract basis . This is a key addition in the civils team, with direct responsibility for managing quality and technical delivery across clean water projects.
Line management of Civil Engineers (feedback sessions, appraisals, technical sign off, workload planning)Liaising with internal stakeholders and third parties to support project approvalsAttending site to conduct audits, support contractors, and ensure qualityWorking closely with PMs on programme, risk and cost implications
HND, HNC or Degree in Civil EngineeringBackground in the water sector or similar regulated industryStrong understanding of infrastructure and non infrastructure assetsConfident communicator with sound engineering judgementVisible role in a high performing team with direct input into project deliveryStrong internal backing from both engineering and project functionsHybrid working with a South East focus – no excessive travel…
