Voids Site Manager (Liverpool)

Position: Voids Site ManagerLocation: Liverpool (office-based with travel to local sites)Salary: £45,000 + Company VanType: PermanentSector: Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for a Voids Site Manager to join a well-established social housing contractor operating across Liverpool and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee social housing disrepair works, managing trades and labour teams to ensure timely completion of repairs.
2. Ensure all projects are delivered in line with health and safety regulations.
3. Liaise with directors, clients, and on-site teams to ensure consistent communication and project updates.

Requirements:

1. Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
2. Experience in social housing, particularly within disrepair/voids work.
3. Familiarity with CodeBook software.
4. Strong communication and organisational skills.
