Test Engineering Manager

We’re seeking a Test Engineering Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation at the cutting edge of defence technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on technical leader to shape and grow a dynamic Test & Applications Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Test & Applications Engineering team, providing mentorship and technical direction.
• Set team objectives and support the professional development and training of staff.
• Ensure robust and traceable processes are established and followed, including:
• Software development and version control
• Test vector generation and management
• Calibration procedures and test setup
• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective, reliable test solutions.
• Promote a structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to all testing and development activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven background in an RF test or RF design environment.
• Strong experience with software development for testing applications.
• Demonstrated capability in technical leadership and line management.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to evolving technical and business needs.

Please note: Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
