What will you do?

• Run your own caseload to include:
• Company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes (And possibly data protection & intellectual property disputes)
• Potential to advise on insolvency + other matters as & when they arise
• Inherit a caseload and build upon it
• You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm – With full assistance from the in-house marketing team of course

What do you need?

• To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE
• General Commercial Litigation experience
• Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed and encouraged to explore further
