We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Technician to support our production teams by tackling a variety of planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks. From diagnosing breakdowns to executing precision repairs, your expertise will be vital in keeping our equipment – and our business – running at peak performance.
Carry out all activities in full compliance with H&SE legislation, within company policy and procedure.Carry out mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance to production equipment and mechanical infrastructure.Fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.Utilisation of the site Computerised Maintenance Management system for all maintenance works.HNC or equivalent in mechanical discipline.Ability to diagnose faults on mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.Good working knowledge of maintenance practice, MTBF, condition monitoring etc.Experience in a mechanical maintenance role.
Industrial Health and Safety training.
Must have personal commitment to Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.The ability to build and develop effective relationships and use these to improve performance.Knowledge of the principles of company policy and operating procedures in order to ensure site and company compliance.If you have the necessary skills and experience for the position of Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) then we would love to hear from you….
