Interim Head of Capital Programme Delivery

Our client is looking to appoint an Interim Head of Capital Programme Delivery to focus on delivering a number of ongoing schemes across their housing stock.

The role is working for a Local Authority in East London and as such our client is looking for those with a proven track record delivering similar schemes in a Local Authority setting. It is important that you have experience of managing stakeholders at the highest level and you are comfortable operating in a political environment.

The scope of work is fairly typical and will cover:

1. Decent Homes work
2. Roofing replacements
3. Doors and windows upgrades
4. Structural works where required
5. Building and fire safety adjustments
6. Routine internal and external repairs

We expect the initial contract will be 3-6 months with potential to extend. The day rate is £650 inside IR35.
