My client is in the Insurance space and provides their clients with insurance and reinsurance services on a global basis. THE ROLEThey are on the hunt for a dynamic, service-oriented Office/Facilities Manager to join their friendly City-based team with around 120 employees. It is an exciting time to join the company; they are growing, so there are lots of opportunities to undertake projects and develop your career.

  • Oversee the smooth running of the front of house service
  • Contractual negotiation with various providers
  • Manage all elements relating to office maintenance, managing service level agreements
  • Budget management
  • Landlord liaison
  • Support with onboarding – office tour, H&S induction
  • Support on office projects
  • Arrange insurance for the office
  • Act as H&S Officer for the company

ABOUT YOUMy client is seeking someone who has proven experience in the Office/Facilities Management space, has line managed, good experience of H&S, outstanding stakeholder engagement, and someone who enjoys going the extra mile & enhancing operations. The ideal candidate is self-directed & self-starting.
