Audio Visual Project ManagerHybrid 3 days in office

As an AV Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of best-in-class Audio Visual systems to our nationwide network of customers. Reporting to the Audio Visual Operations Manager, you’ll collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This role with primarily focus on new build or major refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AV technologies and a proven track record in AV Project Management, with a passion for delivering innovative AV solutions. This role requires close collaboration with our Engineering, Support and Design teams, as well as with 3 party stakeholder to support our delivery of best-in-class solutions.

Attend handover meetings from our Commercial team where you will then take ownership for those assigned projectsWork closely with clients, main contractors & consultants to agree clear project timelines and milestonesWork with our Engineering Management team to ensure the appropriate labour resource is available.Continually progress all dependencies for the projects assigned to youAttend site for kick off meetings with Installation team, and regular onsite progress inspectionsTake full responsibility for the quality of handover, training and O&M detailsMotivate, and support all Installation teams, and resolve issues and challengesTrack costs, variations and changes throughout the projectTake full ownership for financial performance, as well as quality and client relationship throughoutReport project progress back to the business
You will need be to be a proven Project Manager with strong AV experienceA good understanding of relevant AV equipment to include Digital Video, Projection Systems, Control Systems, DSP’s, Audio Systems, Large format displays, DMX Lighting and BMS integrationFamiliarity with AV industry standards such as AVIXA (InfoComm) and certifications (CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I) is a plusExperience working with design software (AutoCAD, Visio, etc.) Salesforce experience will get you up and running quickly!Proven experience with managing budgets, project challenges and delay / change issues on site.Full UK driving licenseCompetitive Salary Hybrid/Remote Work Options⏳ Flexible Working Hours Career Growth Opportunities Generous Paid Time Off Parental Leave Free Tea, Coffee & Fruit Company Events & Team Building…
