About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth in the UK and Europe for a rapidly expanding Automation, Intralogistics, and Material Handling company. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with a strong industry network, a proven track record in high-value sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence across the UK and Europe.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in automation, intralogistics, and material handling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders..
  • Manage and lead high-value tenders from initial engagement through to contract signing.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across Europe.

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within automation, intralogistics, or material handling.
  • Established network of industry contacts to accelerate business growth.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value tenders and contracts.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe regularly.
