Stock Condition Surveyor
Location: North Wales
Salary: Temp-to-perm – £25-£29 per hour (umbrella), full-time rate £33,000 per annum
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Property Surveys & Maintenance: Perform thorough stock condition surveys across the housing portfolio, documenting defects and maintenance needs.Technical Expertise & Compliance: Use your knowledge of building regulations, construction laws, and health & safety standards to ensure all work meets required criteria. Apply IT systems and mobile tech to manage maintenance and asset tracking.Problem Resolution & Decision Making: Make independent, informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently and ensure services provide value within budget.Customer Relations & Resident Communication: Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction. Engage with residents to address their concerns and needs.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the housing or construction industry.A construction qualification is desirable but not essential.A full driving licence is required….
