Sales Director
Our client is a fast-scaling Femtech company and they’re now looking to bring on a Director of Sales to help drive new business across the provider landscape and support international growth efforts.
The Opportunity:
This is a high-impact role for a commercially-driven sales leader who can own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing multi-stakeholder deals. The Director of Sales will report to the VP of Sales and play a key role in expanding the company’s presence Internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, selling into insurers or employers.
- Manage pipeline, forecast performance, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, implementation) to align on GTM strategy and customer needs
- Represent the client at key industry conferences and customer meetings
- Provide real-time market feedback to support product and commercial strategy
