SEND Teachers Needed!

Hackney

ASAP or September 2025 Start

Salary: 200 – 270 per day

Several special needs schools across East London, especially Hackney are recruiting experienced SEND Teachers for a variety of long-term roles starting in May or September 2025. We are currently working with a range of schools that cater for primary and secondary aged students with needs including ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, and SEMH. We have positions open from Early Years through to KS5.

We can offer the following:

• Long term roles, with the opportunity to apply for permanent contracts after and agreed period
• Positions paid to scale from Day 1
• Full-time or part-time work available, dependent on your preference
• SEND Schools in Hackney, Islington, Tower Hamlets
• Primary or secondary age class teacher roles

To be considered for this role you must have:

• QTS or QTLS
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Valid DBS ideally registered on the update service / Overseas Police Checks if required.
• Proven child-related experience
• Knowledge of SEND and previous SEND experience or a willingness to learn.
• Effective classroom management, curriculum knowledge, and good communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible personality
