We also operate IKEA Crches across the UK & Ireland, offering a fun and safe environment for children while their parents shop.Your RoleAs an Early Years Practitioner , you will:Engage children (ages 3-11) in fun, educational activitiesSupport the Manager in planning and delivering activity programsCommunicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parentsTake on Key Worker responsibilities when requiredWhat Were Looking ForExperience working with children aged 3-11 yearsMinimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualificationStrong communication skills and ability to engage with parentsWillingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when neededAll applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Successful candidates will undergo DBS and reference checks.
