Job Title: Administrator

Location: Banchory Salary: 26,000 – 29,000 Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is extremely organised to join the Administration Team

Job Responsibilities:

-General administrative tasks

-Greet visitors and manage reception area activities

-Oversee and maintain records of purchases and expenses

-Keep accurate records of sales transactions and accounts

-Handle the receipt and processing of payments

-Monitor and manage credit control

– Liaising with the workshop

Person Requirements:

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Confidently use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
