Maintenance Manager

Our client is recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to work for them, initially on a temporary basis, within a large commercial site in the Southport area. You will oversee a team of operatives including mechanical, electrical and building fabric technicians and will be responsible for ensuring that all property maintenance is delivered effectively across the site.

The ideal person will have a strong building services background, and ideally have a mechanical or electrical apprenticeship too. You will have excellent communication skills and will be an effective communicator to all levels of staff.

The role will be initially for 6 months – 37.5 hours per week. Hourly rate equivalent to £42k
