Finance Senior Associate (5-9 PQE)

Job Description

We’re working exclusively with a top-tier international law firm with a market-leading global finance practice to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate into their expanding London office.

This role offers a unique opportunity to advise on Bermuda, BVI, and Cayman Islands law, acting on major cross-border finance transactions for a premier client base of international banks, investment managers, and corporates. You’ll be joining a high-calibre team during a period of ambitious growth, contributing to a key strategic build-out in London.

The Role

• Advise on a broad range of complex international finance transactions (including structured finance, funds finance, leveraged and asset finance)
• Work alongside globally recognised partners with deep expertise in offshore finance
• Be a visible part of the London office growth story – supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions – with excellent exposure to clients and senior stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile

• UK-qualified lawyer with 5–9 years’ PQE in a leading finance practice
• Strong technical grounding in structured, fund or banking finance
• Commercially aware and confident managing client relationships
• Offshore experience welcome but not essential – full support and training provided
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team and driving growth
