We’re looking for exceptional individuals to join our Front of House team at Hugh’s, a modern neighbourhood restaurant known for warm service, elevated seasonal dining, and our monthly H Experience private tasting events.
We’re not just serving meals — we’re curating moments. As part of our service team, you’ll play an important role in shaping the guest experience, from everyday lunches to exclusive chef’s tasting menus that celebrate Scottish produce, stories, and seasonality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, friendly, and professional demeanour
- Attention to detail and a love of genuine hospitality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not essential)
- Availability for both regular shifts and special event evenings
