The Job Role

• Operations Support Manager.

• To manage and oversee the food offering, service standards and client experience across multiple sites.

• The Operations Support Manager will support the operations manager with staff training, compliance audits, mobilisations, relaunches, marketing and brand standards.

• The Operations Support Manager with assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and HR processes.

• The Operations Support Manager will report to the operations manager.

The Requirements

• A strong individual from a quality led multi-site and/or multi outlet catering operation.

• Experience within contract catering is desirable.

• A clear communicator who can can liaise with clients.

• Background as a support manager or multisite general manager is ideal.

• A diligent self-starter with a passion for people development.

• Tech savvy and comfortable using computing applications.

The Location

• Essex region

• A regional road based role in the above locations
