Theyprovide a diverse selection of hot tubs and swim spas to meet a variety ofcustomer needs and preferences. Your new roleWeare seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager who can commute around theNottingham area to establish and nurture relationships with suppliersthroughout the UK.
- Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure mutual satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Track supplier performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs.
- Prepare regular reports on supplier activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
- £35,000-£38,000 base salary depending on experience
- OTE of £65,000 in the first year
