We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our growing team within the Evolve programme. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and implementing digital transformation projects
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Evolve programmeDefine project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables aligned with business goalsCoordinate project teams and external vendors to achieve strategic outcomesIdentify risks, mitigate issues, and manage dependencies across workstreamsMonitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective deliveryEnsure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality assurance standardsChampion continuous improvement and post-project evaluations
Proven project management experience within digital transformation.Experience of either HR Rostering Planforms OR Financial Billing platforms.Experience of Integrations and Data Migrations.Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
