As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers. You will ensure that pupils remain on task and manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real difference in local schools.Ideal Candidate:Holds a degree (essential)Demonstrates a genuine passion for working in educationPrevious experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)Confident in managing classroom behaviourEnthusiastic and proactive in supporting students’ learningStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIf you are a strong candidate looking to enter the field of teaching, we are keen to hear from you.
