Manchester City Centre | On-site / Hybrid Options | £45,000 – £55,000 DOE + Benefits

We’re on the lookout for a curious and commercially minded Business Analyst to join a fast-growing mobile network provider based in the heart of Manchester. This is a key role where you’ll help us make smarter decisions, improve internal processes, and play a part in shaping the customer experience for thousands of mobile users across the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with teams across the business (from Sales to Tech) to gather requirements and turn them into clear, actionable insights
• Mapping out business processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation
• Working with stakeholders to define KPIs and track business performance
• Translating data into compelling reports, dashboards, and recommendations
• Supporting strategic projects like new product launches, system migrations, and operational changes
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role (ideally in telecoms, retail, or tech)
• Understands business process modelling and has experience gathering requirements
• Is confident working with data – you don’t need to be a data scientist, but you’re comfortable with Excel, SQL, or BI tools (like Power BI or Tableau)
• Communicates clearly and can influence decisions with logic and insight
• Loves digging into problems and coming up with smarter ways of doing things

Bonus points if you’ve:

• Worked in a mobile network / telecoms company before
• Had exposure to CRM, billing, or provisioning systems
• Used tools like Jira, Confluence, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
